How do I choose what distance energy healing session is right for me?

E-mail: Upon arranging a mutually agreed upon time, you will simply sit or lie down, go into a relaxed/meditative state for approximately 30 – 60 minutes. I will connect to you through the quantum field, and follow the directions of your innate healing process through your hologram of information. I will then email you the results of this union.

Telephone: Our session will consist of a short discussion referring to your email request to ascertain your needs. We will then choose our course of action. The session could completely consist of a channeled dialogue or we could go directly into the 7 major chakras and/or the 7 layer auric body system. It all depends on whether you are dealing with emotional, mental, social, relationship or physical issues from the past or in the present. These sessions are about 1 hour.

How do I prepare for distance sessions?

No great amount of preparation is required. I simply ask that you don’t consume large amounts caffeine or sugars that hinder the ability to relax. Zero amounts of alcohol or

drugs as they alter your natural state, lower your vibrationand interfere with a clear reading. Wear comfortable clothing, relax and be open to an amazing experience.

How does a distance energy healing session work?

Upon establishing consensual intention, we enter into the quantum universal energy field of interconnectedness. I then receive intuitive instructions from your subtle energies or hologram of information as to what energetic patterns or areas need to be released from lower vibrational energy dysfunction or energy blockages. I then proceed by sourcing from channeled insights, intuitive knowing, learned technique, mystical training and/or personal experience. Old non-supportive energies are cleared out, and new beneficial energies are received. You will experience a global sense of well being, relaxation and peace.
Healing sessions are offered for a variety of solutions. Considering we are multidimensional, healings transpire from all levels of our being. Our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies are intercommunicating at all times. Therefore when one area recovers the domino effect cannot help but happen. For example, you may be longing for a deeper connection with spirit. Perhaps the obstruction is in your mental or emotional layer and not the spiritual layer at all.

How many sessions are needed?

It is impossible to say exactly but you can expect to receive gratifying results in 1 - 4 sessions. This may vary depending on the multiplicity of your circumstances.
